Pain-points Elbow and Wrist

Complaints that occur in this region are often due to an overload. Think of a tennis player’s or golfer's elbow and overloading of the muscles and tendons that cause the wrist and fingers to move and traumas in this area such as a fracture, sprain and overstretching of the elbow joint. Also consider the Carpal tunnel syndrome in the wrist and osteoarthritis of the various joints of the hand and fingers. Osteopathy can help if the normal healing process is disturbed. Here again the rule applies: view the total problem. Problems elsewhere in the body (and you do not always have to suffer from this) can prevent a good cure elsewhere in the body.
